My name is Irina Elber, and I have spent more than a decade serving students as an educator. Throughout my years in the classroom, I have witnessed a growing sense of apathy, anxiety, and hopelessness among young people. At the same time, many educators find themselves overwhelmed, discouraged, and searching for renewed purpose in their work.
Bible & Blackboard was created to help change that.
Inspired by the words of Deuteronomy 32:2, “Let my teaching fall like rain and my words descend like dew, like showers on new grass, like abundant rain on tender plants,” this ministry is dedicated to nurturing growth, healing, and hope through faith-based coaching, educational resources, mental health support, and professional development opportunities.
